Foundation Setup
I restructure with a clean naming convention, a clear TOF/MOF/BOF split, unified Pixel and CAPI events, and wire Shopify + Meta + Google into one live dashboard. Every critical event is manually verified before touching scale.
Creative Production
This is the engine. I produce 40–60 original creatives per month using a 3×3 system (hooks × angles × formats). Every creative ships with a written brief, script approval, storyboard, production (UGC, static, motion), and a written hypothesis. No creative goes live on feel.

Every creative enters a strict testing framework: defined budget, defined validation window, written pass/fail threshold before launch. Winners go to scale. Losers get killed fast and logged — I keep a per-client learning log so the next batch starts smarter.

Once 5–8 stable winners are identified, I enter structured scaling: 20–30% weekly budget steps with net-profit guardrails (not on-paper metrics), winning angles expanded into new formats, account-level cannibalization protection, and a weekly review with the owner.
