A media buyer who doesn't guess where money goes.
I'm Seif Gomaa, a performance media buyer in Cairo. I run Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat for ecommerce brands in Egypt and the Gulf. Every account I take gets a live dashboard, so the owner reads the same numbers I do, the same hour I do.
Real screenshots from real accounts.
14 snapshots from active dashboards I operate. Numbers are real and unedited; brand names withheld to honour NDAs. Tap any card to enlarge.
40+ brands across MENA.
A sample of active and past clients across fashion, beauty, jewellery, F&B, home, automotive, SaaS and restaurants. Several more are under NDA.

Three things, done all the way through.
I run the accounts
Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat.
Clean structure with a naming convention you can read, a real testing framework with pass and fail thresholds written before launch, and budget scaling in 20 to 30 percent steps against net profit rather than reported ROAS. Pixel and Conversions API set up properly: server-side, deduplicated, verified event by event before anything scales.
I produce the creative
40 to 60 originals a month.
Hook research, angles, scripts, storyboards, then production across UGC, statics and motion on a 3×3 system. Every creative ships with a written hypothesis, so when one wins I know which part won. Losers get killed fast and logged, and the log is what makes the next batch smarter.
I build the dashboard
One per client, refreshed every 30 minutes.
Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify wired into one screen. Profit per product, per campaign, per creative. Cancellation and return tracking, because in cash on delivery the order that never lands is the number that decides whether the month worked.
Tracking audits, CRO reviews and standalone strategy work happen too. They are part of the job rather than a separate product, so they are not on this list.
How I run your account in the first 60 days.
Every client moves through the same five-step framework I've refined across 15M+ EGP in managed spend and 40+ brands. Each phase has a defined deliverable.
Discovery & Audit
I audit the account from the inside out: structure, Pixel, CAPI, attribution, creative library, and post-click funnel. Deliverable: a written report of current bleed and quick-win opportunities, ranked by impact.
Foundation Setup
I restructure with a clean naming convention, a clear TOF/MOF/BOF split, unified Pixel and CAPI events, and wire Shopify + Meta + Google into one live dashboard. Every critical event is manually verified before touching scale.
Creative Production
This is the engine. I produce 40–60 original creatives per month using a 3×3 system (hooks × angles × formats). Every creative ships with a written brief, script approval, storyboard, production (UGC, static, motion), and a written hypothesis. No creative goes live on feel.
Test & Validate
Every creative enters a strict testing framework: defined budget, defined validation window, written pass/fail threshold before launch. Winners go to scale. Losers get killed fast and logged. I keep a per-client learning log, and that log is what makes the next batch smarter.
Scale & Compound
Once 5–8 stable winners are identified, I enter structured scaling: 20–30% weekly budget steps with net-profit guardrails (not on-paper metrics), winning angles expanded into new formats, account-level cannibalization protection, and a weekly review with the owner.
Every client gets a live dashboard.
Most brand owners in this market get a screenshot at the end of the month. My clients get a link. It reads from the ad platforms and the store directly, and it shows profit rather than reported revenue, so the conversation stops being about whose number is right.

Tell me what the last two months looked like.
I keep a small book so every account gets senior attention, which means I turn work down. Better to find that out in the first minute than on the third call.
