Seif Gomaa, performance media buyer, at his desk in Cairo

A media buyer who doesn’t guess where money goes.

I run paid ads for online brands in Egypt and the Gulf, and when the store is what's losing the sale, I build the store too, on Salla, Shopify, WordPress or EasyOrder. Every decision is judged by the money left after cancellations, delivery and the ad bill.

First read is free: send the store or Instagram link and I reply within 24 hours with the first thing I would change. Taking two new brands this quarter.

Meta spend read from the Marketing API on 16 October 2026 and counted forward at the measured daily rate for 21 days at most. Google, TikTok, Snapchat and accounts outside today's API access are declared from records, not read from an API. How these numbers are counted

The accounts, as they look in the platform.

The stores I build come out of the ads I run.

All services

I'm a performance marketer. For three years I've spent brands' money on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, and every day I watch what happens between the click and the order: the product page people stall on and leave, the offer that closes the sale, the checkout that drops half the orders, the confirmation call that saves a cash-on-delivery order or loses it.

You learn that from the data when you are the one paying for the traffic. So when a brand needs a new store, or its current store is what's losing the sale, I build it on the same numbers I see in the ad account, and I run its ads from day one.

Media buying in detailStore builds in detail

I build websites that turn visits into sales and profit, on whichever platform fits the business:

  • Product pages, offers and bundles set against your break-even
  • Cash-on-delivery order flow and order confirmation
  • Local payments, shipping zones and delivery fees
  • Pixel, Conversions API and a live profit dashboard

The first step either way: Three numbers in 48 hours: the most you can pay for an order, your ROAS after delivery, and the single biggest leak. Free, and yours to keep whether we work together or not. How the free audit works

A 4x month that left 673 pounds.

A thousand pounds of ads, four orders at a thousand each, on cash on delivery. Before we talk about budget I write this sum out with every new client, using their own costs.

The ads screen only ever shows the first line. My clients see the last one on their dashboard every day, split by product and by city, so we can see which of them is eating the difference.

Run it with your own numbers

How I work: The Pre-Account Audit.

The ad account is the last thing I open. Before it I read the costs and the break-even, then the store and the offer, then the competitors, delivery and returns. Most accounts that lose money lose it to something outside Ads Manager.

  1. The founder session

One sitting with the person who owns the business, about the business and not about the ads.

  2. The diagnostic

Five audits, none of them inside the ad account.

  3. The work

    The order is the method.

  4. What the full audit covers once the account is opened

The account audit is the last one, and by the time it runs, most of its inputs already exist.

What happens when we start working together?

The first conversation is with you, before anyone opens the ad account. I ask about the brand and where your stock comes from, and one question that tells me a lot: do you know your break-even? How much does an order have to bring in before you make money?

Then my team reads the business itself. They look at the store, a sheet with the cost of every product, what competitors charge, and how many orders the courier sends back and why. I read all of it myself and set the strategy. The method is written up step by step on this site: The Pre-Account Audit.

The work starts with the store, then the price, then the offer, and the ad account comes last. That order is deliberate, and it surprises people. If the store isn’t converting, we rebuild it, the way we built the A87 Fragrance store in the UAE.

The whole time, you have a live dashboard that refreshes every 30 minutes, showing profit after cancellations and delivery for every product and every campaign.

I’m Seif, Head of Performance & Co-Founder of Rabehni Agency, and I lead a team. I’ve been doing this since 2023, across 40+ brands and more than 92M EGP of ad spend.

What owners ask before we start.

If yours isn't here, send it on WhatsApp.

Why should I choose you?
Because the work starts with the business, not the ad account. I'm Seif Gomaa, Head of Performance and Co-Founder of Rabehni Agency, and I lead a team of performance marketers. We read the store, product costs, competitors and the courier's return data using a published method, The Pre-Account Audit, then fix things in order: store, price, offer, and the account last. You follow profit after cancellations and delivery, per product, on a live dashboard refreshed every 30 minutes.
What does a performance media buyer actually do?
Runs the paid advertising accounts end to end and is measured on what lands in the bank, not on what the ads manager reports. In practice that means account structure, a testing framework with thresholds written before launch, conversion tracking that survives iOS and ad blockers, creative direction, and a scaling decision every week that is defensible in numbers. Anyone who only changes budgets and audiences is optimising, not media buying.
How do I choose a media buyer for my brand?
Ask for three things before price comes up: raw screenshots from inside the ads manager with the date visible rather than designed reports, an explanation of how they measure, attribution window and Conversions API status, and one account that failed with what they took from it. A good media buyer talks in net profit and delivered orders, not in the ROAS the ads manager shows.
What does a media buyer cost in Egypt?
Roughly 5,000 to 10,000 EGP a month for a junior, 15,000 to 40,000 for someone experienced, and 50,000 and up for a specialist delivering a full system with creative production and a dashboard. The working rule is that the fee lands between 10 and 15 percent of monthly ad spend. Below that band you are usually paying for someone learning on your budget. My own pricing is set after I see the business.
How do you price ad management?
Pricing is set after I see the business, because it differs from one business to the next: the product, the market, the spend and what needs fixing first. The first read is free: send the store link and I reply within 24 hours with the first thing I would change.
Do you build stores on Salla, Shopify, WordPress and EasyOrder?
Yes, all four, end to end, and the store is built to turn visits into sales and profit, because I am the one paying for its traffic. I start from your break-even sheet and build the store around it: cash-on-delivery checkout and confirmation, local payments, shipping zones, pixel and Conversions API, then the ads. You see a preview of the store and its first two numbers before you pay.
Which brands do you work with, and which do you turn down?
Ecommerce and DTC brands selling physical products on Shopify, Salla, WooCommerce or cash on delivery in Egypt and the Gulf, with a product the market has already proven and orders arriving consistently. Not service businesses, not agencies, not info-products or lead-gen projects, and not a brand still searching for a product that works.
Who owns the ad account and the pixel?
Your company, always. The account, pixel, catalogue and page stay in your Business Manager and I take access. A store I build is on your own Shopify or Salla account. If the engagement ends, the data and the history stay with you. Any other arrangement means you can lose your entire account history in a day.
How long before I see a result?
Ninety days. The first thirty go to audit, rebuild and getting tracking honest; the next sixty are the ones you can actually judge. Anyone promising a result in two weeks is selling hope rather than a service.
What is the live dashboard, and why does every client get one?
One screen per client wiring Meta, Google, TikTok and Shopify together, refreshed every thirty minutes, showing profit per product, per campaign and per creative with cancellations and returns included. It exists so the owner and I argue about the same number. There is an open demo on this site with anonymised data if you want to see the format before we talk.
